Q1 - "What SARMs powders are you offering? Do you have a full price list?"
Yes, we do. Please find the pdf on the left side of this page or click here for sarm powder prices. Prices are negotiable for orders with specified product names, quantities and country name for orders will be sent to.
Q2 - "Why my order was cancelled?"
Orders might be cancelled because of the reasons below:
The quantity was below 10 grams. (If you would love to place a sample order, please use contact form.)
The pricing and quantity range didn't match. (Pricing are different from quantities. Contact us for bulk wholesales.)
The delivery coupon used incorrectly. (Free shipping is only for orders $300 or up.)
And other reasons might not fit the rules. We do apologize if any inconvenience.
Q3 - "What payment do you take?" Payment options available: western union, bank wire, bitcoin and money gram. Instructions will be offered when you are ready. Other payment are not available, please accept our apologies. And the most recommended payment is bitcoin. Why Use Bitcoin?
Please provide payment receipt with your order invoice.
Q4 - "Do you offer any SARM oral liquid solutions or capsules?" Sorry to tell that we are offering SARMs in only raw powder powder form so far. But if you may need, we are able to offer the professional full guide for making oral liquid solutions or capsules of SARMs if you are going to produce your own products.
Q5 - "Can you make oral liquid solutions and send in liquid form to me?" Yes, we are able to make oral liquid solutions for all of our customers, but the one more further process should be done on your side. According to the success rate of parcels we sent to many countries so far, liquid form will be a better choice for passing customs.
Q6 - "Can you offer any instructions?" Yes, we are able to offer all the help only for the customers who have good business relationship with us already, such as, making oral liquid solutions, and capsule filling for SARMs. We believe it's fair for both of us that you get raws from us and we offer the instructions for you. Please accept our apologies if feel offense.
Q7 - "How are you going to pack my orders?" We do understand that you will be worried about our packing methods before you tried or knew us, while we are making the real deal and we do know how customs works. Before we could be able to offer some details of our package and shipping methods, we need to make sure that you are a real buyer instead of police or reporter who is pretending to get the details of packages. Any methods will be fine. Because discussions in emails about these are not recommended as you know the reason. We do apologize if you feel offense.
Q8 - "How long is shipping time?" It depends on the way we use for your order. Our company owns a professional and efficient team for packing with our best discrete or stealth packages. Orders will be sent out within only one working day after payment. Tracking numbers are offered within 2 to 3 working days after payment. If we send your order by slow post, tracking number will be offered in about 3 to 5 days after payment, please kindly be patient.
It usually takes 3 to 7 days or 7 to 10 days by most express couriers; it will be 15 to 20 days by slow post. We'd better not list the express couriers we use here or the method will be noticed by customs since anyone get a chance to see this page. I'm sure that you can understand what i'm trying to say.
Q9 - "Do you have any reshipment policy?" Yes, we do have reshipment policy. Due to the customs are different from countries to countries, some are smooth while some are tough. The reshipment policies will be different. For powder orders, we are able to reship 50% max; for all oral liquids, we are able to reship once with free charges. We're trying our best to increase the success rate with our best shipping and packing methods since the tough customs. We do not reship for orders to Australia, Brazil, Netherlands and Sweden. Please accept our apologies.
Q10 - "Do you offer shipping without signature?" Sorry, we are still looking for Signature Not Required (SNR) services, they are not available so far, signature will be required for all the parcels.
